private car parking area and the entrance to the apartment block.  Conveniently located for easy pedestrian access to the town and with  the beach being only around 200 metres or 2 minutes stroll. The town  offers full facilities for shopping, banking and schooling.
Thessaloniki International Airport is only a 15 minute drive away and  Thessaloniki centre can be reached in around 25 minutes making Perea  an ideal commuter town for anyone working in the city.
